This is not a box of chocolates, but the river of life.
I wrote this poem back in 1974, after I was told nobody can sell 5 houses in one day after I had already done so on my first day of "floor time in the real estate business" . It set me to thinking we truly are limited to the boxes folks around us choose to put us in. I didn't know the limits of what had already been done so I set my own goals and proceeded to achieve them. I went on from there and eventually sold my seven offices around the city and went on to other things. "You Can Too"
